摘要

信息技术的快速发展，将供应链管理技术广泛应用到现代化企业管理中，

不仅使供应链整合成为了供应链管理的核心内容，而且供应链的整合也成为了

企业达到良好绩效、巩固优势、增强自身竞争力的强有力武器。然而，当前企

业如何参与并整合供应链，却成为了最大难题。

为深化相关问题研究，本文以X公司为案例，依据供应链管理基础理论，

采用案例分析法、文献分析法、因素分析法、归纳演绎法对案例公司供应链资

源整合进行了深入研究。首先，从X公司供应链管理状况入手，对公司当前现

状进行分析，找出面临的问题和原因；其次，识别问题因素，对X公司供应链

资源整合存在的问题进行剖析，通过多种研究方法相结合，透视X公司的供应

链资源整合的制约因素。最后，提出相应的改善措施，优化供应链状况，实现

利益最大化，提高企业竞争力。

总体来看，论文主要有以下学术创新：（1）以供应链管理理论为基础，对

传统电子制造业企业供应链资源整合问题进行研究，提供了全新研究视角；（2）

对传统电子制造业企业供应链资源管理存在的问题进行提炼，并展开深层次原

因分析，属于细分领域的研究内容拓展，强化了国内相关内容研究的成果；（3）

采用案例分析法，以深交所创业板上市公司X公司供应链管理为案例，研究方

法使用对象较为新颖，为类似公司相关问题研究提供了基础。
