乡村振兴背景下高校培养职业农民模式探索

摘要职业教育在农村现代化进程中发挥重要作用，乡村振兴战略背景下对职业农民的培养提出新的任务和要求。该文在

乡村振兴战略背景下，探讨农业高校培养职业农民模式。分析现存问题，包括教学安排脱节、方式不灵活、师资需加强。提出要优化

课程设置、创新教学方式、加强师资队伍建设。以辽东学院农民技术员培训班中蓝莓栽培技术培训班为例，阐述其课程设置、教学

方式创新、师资强化及显著培训效果，为农业高校培养职业农民提供参考模式，以促进农村经济发展和农业技术成果转化。

Abstract:Vocationaleducationplaysanimportantroleintheprocessofruralmodernization.againstthebackdropofthe

ruralrevitalizationstrategy,newtasksandrequirementshavebeenputforwardforthecultivationofprofessionalfarmers.Inthe

contextofruralrevitalizationstrategy,thispaperexploresthemodelofcultivatingprofessionalfarmersinagriculturaluniversities.

Analyzeexistingproblems,includingdisjointedteachingarrangements,inflexiblemethods,andtheneedtostrengthenteachers.It

isproposedtooptimizecurriculumsettings,innovateteachingmethods,andstrengthentheconstructionofteachingstaff.Taking

theblueberrycultivationtechnologytrainingclassinthefarmertechniciantrainingclassofLiaoningUniversityasanexample,

thispaperexpoundsitscurriculumsetting,innovationinteachingmethods,teacherstrengtheningandremarkabletrainingeffects,

thusprovidingareferencemodelforagriculturaluniversitiestocultivateprofessionalfarmersandpromoteruraleconomic

developmentandagriculturaltechnologytransformation.
