摘要助力乡村公共体育服务水平提高、助力乡村体育产业发展、助力乡村体育文化振兴是体教融合

人才助力乡村振兴的理论逻辑。以体教融合人才助力乡村振兴存在着体育教育专业人才培养方案统筹

规划不足、助力乡村体育产业发展的力度不大、体育教育专业大学生支教助力乡村体育教育振兴的渠道

不畅、校内办学平台的体育资源助力乡村体育教育培训亟待充分发挥作用的现实困境。基于此提出如下

实践进路：1）深入统筹实施助力乡村振兴的体育教育专业人才培养方案；2）整合体育非物质文化遗产传

承人才资源助力乡村体育振兴；3）组织“双师型”体育专业教师深入乡村开展志愿服务和实践教研活动；

4）组织体育专业在读大学生深入乡村开展体育教学与体育服务相结合的志愿服务活动；5）开放校内多

样化体育教学实践基地。

AbstractThetheoreticallogicofintegratingsportsandeducationtalentstopromoteruralrevitalizationliesin

enhancingthelevelofpublicsportsservicesinruralareas,boostingthedevelopmentofruralsportsindustries,

andrevitalizingruralsportsculture.Therearepracticaldifficultiessuchasinsufficientoverallplanningof

physicaleducationtalenttrainingprograms,insufficienteffortstohelpthedevelopmentofruralsportsindustry,

poorchannelsforcollegestudentsmajoringinphysicaleducationtohelptherevitalizationofruralphysical

education,andtheurgentneedtogivefullplaytotherevitalizationofruralphysicaleducationandtraining

throughsportsresourcesoftheschool-runningplatform.Basedonthedifficulties,thefollowingpractical

approachesareproposed:1)todeeplycoordinateandimplementthetrainingprogramforphysicaleducation

professionalstohelpruralrevitalization;2）tointegratetheinheritancetalentresourcesofsportsintangible

culturalheritagetohelpruralsportsrevitalization;3)toorganize“double-teacher”physicaleducationteachers

togodeepintoruralareastocarryoutvolun
