摘要一个明确而又合理的城市经济区空间范围,是保证一定区域内各城市实现合 理功能整合的关键,也是对城市经济区进行各项研究的基础。 腹地为中心城市的经济活动提供多种支持性资源,腹地的大小、质量对城市 的发展有着重要的影响。腹地概念自二十世纪初得到应用以来,对于腹地理论的 探索一直蕴含于经济地理学与城市经济学的学说发展过程之中。通过对相关文献 的分析本文认为,城市腹地不仅是一个体现中心城市社会经济活动空间分布状态 的客观概念,它的动态性决定了在界定城市腹地范围时一定程度上需要体现城市 的竞争意识。增强辐射力、争取较大的腹地空间更是城市竞争发展的一项重要目 标。本文认为,对于经济腹地的研究不应该拘泥于提法和空间表象,而应该以经 济联系为出发点,以等级性和层次性为着力点进行相关研究;数理法和实证法是 经济腹地空间界定的主要方法。本文首先在国内外经济腹地理论研究综述的基础上对经济腹地进行了理论 探讨,从等级性、层次性、时间性和方向性四个方面出发对经济腹地的内涵和特 征进行了明确的定义和归纳,根据经济联系的强度、内容、和方向分别对经济腹 地进行了分类,并阐述了经济腹地的形成机理;然后重点就经济腹地的空间范围 界定问题展开研究,论文对济南的腹地范围进行了讨论,界定了济南腹地的空间 范围,既为城市腹地界定方法提供了具体例证,也希望能为济南的城市发展和基 础设施建设提供参考。 关键字:经济腹地;经济联系;经济中心性Abstract An exact and reasonable space scope of the city economic zone is the key that ensuring the reasonable conformity of the cities’ functions, it is also the foundation of various researches on the city economic zone Hinterland supply several resources for the economic activity of Central City, the range and the quality of Hinterland is very important to City’s development. Since 20 century, hinterland theory has involved in the developing process of Economy Geography and Urban Economics. By anglicizing the connected literature, the author believes that City Hinterland is not only an objective concept which embodies economic spatial distribution, but also a concept which embodies the competition intention among cities when districts the hinterland range.
