中文摘要 随着我国经济建设的不断发展壮大，我国居民收入分配格局和收入差距也 发生了显著性变化，这其中，城乡居民收入差距不断扩大并成为引起总体收入 差距扩大的主要原因，因而受到越来越多的关注和研究。在市场经济条件下， 如果收入差距过于悬殊，会对社会政治、经济生活产生极大的负面作用，同时 也可能给国家的安定、经济持续增长带来严重影响。因此，研究我国城乡居民 收入差距的现状、分析收入差距产生的原因，探讨收入差距的治理对策，对于 我国政治的稳定、市场经济体制的建立与完善以及经济持续、稳定、快速、协 调发展有着重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文正是基于上述考虑，参考了大量 现有的研究资料，采用翔实的数据，对改革开放以来我国城乡居民收入差距变 动的情况进行了具体分析。文中采用了不同的分析指标，全面系统地分析了全 国、分省、分区域的城乡居民的对比数据，并总结了改革开放以来我国城乡居 民收入差距的变动情况和特点。在此基础上，具体解释了造成这种变化的几个 主要原因，认为城乡二元经济结构是影响我国城乡居民收入差距最主要的原因， 并以城乡异同的金融结构为例，利用公式具体分析了引起城乡差距扩大内在原 因。最后，针对目前城乡居民收入差距的状况、原因以及我国目前的国情，提 出了消除二元经济结构，增加农民收入并在财政上对农村予以大力支持等政策 措施，希望能够以此促进城乡经济协调发展，改善城乡居民收入差距扩大的状 况，构建社会主义和谐社会。 关键词：城乡收入差距；变动情况；二元结构 ABSTRACT Along with the continuous development of the growing economy, the income distribution and the income gap in our country have undergone remarkable changes. Especially, the steady widening of the income gap between urban and rural residents receives more and more attention and study as it has become the major cause of widening the income gap over the country. In the market economy, the overly widening income gap may have a negative influence on the social politics and economy and will also bring about very seriously unfavorable effects upon the nation’s security and sustaining economic development at the same time. Consequently, for social stability, the establishment and refinement of market economy as well as the sustained, stable and coordinated development, it is significant in both theory and reality to study the current situation of income gap between urban and rural residents, to analyze the underlying reasons and to probe into the countermeasures, in terms of social stability, the establishment and refinement of market economy and the quick sustained, stable and coordinated development.
