Abstract In recent dacades, the proportion of family enterprises in private enterpries is growing rapidly in our country, and they are playing a more significent role on the economic development. At the same time, the problems existing in the process of their own evolution are more prominent, which is causeing people gengerally to pay close attention. Among the problems, the issue is mainly concentrated in their short life-cycle, that family enterprises developed to a certain stage access to stagnation and even decline rapidly. After pursueing the reasons, the fucuses are tented to concentrated on a seires of promblems, such as shortage and loss in talent, deficiencies in the fundamental system, the diffient opportunites and challenges under the diffent economic background in diffient areas.There are some particularities in family enterprises internal management comparied with other types of enterprises and how to merge the modern management system and the particularities is a great subjects faced by family enterprises during their development. Therefore, this paper takes Shangrao area in Jiangxi Province as an example to carry on exhaustive analysis on this subject, which is looked forword to proposing the suggestion for the rapid development of the family firm in this area and offering reference for question in other areas.
