摘要 出版社从2007年底开始转企改制，按照现代企业制度自主经营，因而企业追 求利润最大化的目标也成了出版社经营工作的重要内容。然而，自2008年以来， 全球通胀对出版业的影响日益显著，各出版企业都面临着人民币升值、原材料涨价、 薪酬大幅提升以及环保升级等诸多问题，使得图书成本急剧攀升，企业利润空间的 不断被压缩，而读者的购买力却相对下降，严重影响了出版企业的利润。出版企业 要想获得利润最大化，必须进行有效的成本管理和成本控制。 本文以A出版社的图书生产成本控制为实例来研究影响图书生产成本的主要因 素，从供应、生产、销售三个方面分析A出版社在图书生产成本控制中存在的主要 问题，提出运用全员参与原则、重点例外原则、成本最优原则来指导A出版社图书 生产成本控制工作，通过调整选题结构、加强采购管理、规范装帧设计管理、建立 科学严谨的工价体系、加强供应商管理、运用ERP管理和加强营销管理等手段可以 有效控制出版社的图书生产成本。 通过运用调整选题结构、加强采购管理、建立科学严谨的工价体系等措施进行 绩效对比，可以实现图书品种减少、码洋增加，稿费支出减少，原材料成本降低， 加工费下降，最终实现收入增长，利润增加。 关键词 图书生产成本 成本控制 图书生产成本控制 I Abstract From the end of 2007,press turn into enterprises and operate independently according to the modern enterprise system.So pursuing the profit maximixation become the most important part for the press.However ,since 2008,the impact of the global inflation on publishing industry is more and more significant.The press confront many issues,such as appreciation of the CNY,raw material prices,the salaries increase in price and environmental upgrades,that increase the cost of production and profit become less,and the reader’s purchasing power decline,whice has affected the publishing profits.Publishing companies must take the cost management and cost control in order to maximize profits.
