G G G G ABSTRACT With the further development of the education reform, it is more and more important to guarantee the teaching quality. Establishing a system to guarantee the teaching quality is the core mission of today ’s high school education reform. At present, such kind of research is mainly carried out in universities, but in high school, it is weak not only in theory but also in practice. In this thesis, the teaching quality guarantee system in G School is analyzed by studying relevant literature, case, typical event and so on. The analysis is based on the research achievements, systematic theory and the theory of total quality management. Afterwards, the experience of the system is concluded, problems in it are found and the reasons for the problems are analyzed. In the thesis, promoting the idea of teaching management, regulating the teaching management, optimizing the structure of teaching management and refining the procedure of the teaching management are listed. From the above four aspects, the improvement of the teaching quality guarantee system is explored, the effect of the new teaching quality guarantee system is analyzed and some further suggestions are put forward.
