Student safety is the necessary basic requirement which students have the right to obtain and parents want the school to maintain. Once in the emergency, students should know how to respond, escape, and give assistance to others to minimize the loss and damage that may happen. As realizing the importance of school safety, Department of Education Bangkok Metropolitan Administration has determined that every school must set up a fire drill policy in order to train and prepare the readiness to students and workforce in the emergency situation, and be capable to apply the drill to real situation. Effective fire drill in school can be conducted through the collaborative plan and work of workforce in each particular school. The common understanding and sharing knowledge between school workforce, students and relevant
