[Abstract] Objective ToinvestigatethediagnosticvalueofcolorDopplerultrasonographyininfantilehepatohlastoma
comparedwiththefindingsofsurgeryandpathologicalexamination．Methods Totally8infantswith pathologicallycon—
firmedhepatoblastomawereenrolledinthisstudy．Thedinicalandultrasonicdataofallthecaseswerecomplete．Theul—
trasonographicfindingsofhepatoblastomawerecomparativelyanalyzedwiththoseobservedofsurgeryandpathology．The
statisticanalysiswasperformedusingSPSS11．0software．Thetumorvolumesobtainedwithultrasonographyandsurgery
werecomparedwiththepaired-templettest，andtheconsistencyofthetumorcharacteristicsobservedwithuhrasonogra—
phy，surgeryandpathologywereanalyzedwithKappatest．Results Comparingwithsurgery，7tumorswereaccurately
locatedwithultrasonography，while1singlelesionin theleftlobeofliverwasmisdiagnosedasmultiplelesionsinvolving
theleftandrightlobes．Nostatisticaldifferencewasfoundbetween thetumorvolumeobtainedwithultrasonographyand
surgery (￡一 一0．765，P一0．470)．Thetumormorphologyofultrason0graphyhadconsistencywiththatofsurgery (K一
1．00，P一0．OO5)．A116casesofmassivetumorand2casesofnodulartumorwerediagnosedcorrectlywith uhrasonogra—
phy．Therewasconsistencyofcalcificationorossification (K 一 0．75，P一 0．028)and cyst(K 一 0．71，P一 0．035)in
tumorsbetweenu1trasonographyandpathology．Fourof5caseswithcalcif
