GroupAE2＜400pmol/L,GroupB400≤ E2≤ 1100pmol/L,GroupCE2 ＞ 1100pmol/L.Observethe folliclesizeandendometrialthicknesswithultrasoundtransitvaginaandtopofurinhalfmountLH, Valuethecervix-mucuswithInslermethord,andtesttheserumE2withELISAinthreedaysbefore ovulation.Thenobservetheircyclepregnantrate.Results:104cases164cycles.44cyclestreatedwith drugovulationfacilitationbecauseofmal-ovulationin.GroupAhas20cycles(11naturalcycles,9drug ovulationcycles)GroupBhas86cycles (63naturalcycles,23drugovulationcyeles),GroupChas58 cycles(46naturalcycles,12drugovulationcycles).(1)Therehasnosignificantdifferencesintheages, yearsofinfertility,timeoftakeblood,ovulationday,averagediameterinthematuralfolliclesand endometrialthickness;(P＞ 0.05)(2)TheserumE2ofsinglematuralfollicleis(277.8± 80.22)pmol/L, (817.48+187.39)pmol/L,(1390.41+172.42)pmol/Lrespectivelyinthreegroup(P＜0.01);Thegrades ofcervix-mucusis(8.60± 1.47),(9.90± 1.16),(9.95± 1.08),(P＜0.01)GroupAissignificantlylower thanGroupBandCbuthasnosignificantdifferencebetweenGroupBandC;ThetopofurinLHis (51.50 ± 17.25)mIU/ml, (58.78 ± 12.25)mIU/ml,(62.52±7.69)mlU/mlineachGroup (P＜0. 01orP
