technology, which can be used for editing any target gene accurately and effectively.

By using sequence-specific oligonucleotides invading DNA efficiently, DNA
conformational change may be induced in the target region, and can be recognized by
a specific recombinant protein and also break the DNA, which activates innate DNA
repair mechanisms to induce DNA recombination and terminate transcription
completely. Through anchoring the donor DNAat the broken DNA siteby the protein,
the accuracy and efficiency of recombination are 1000 times better than those
conventional techniques. Low efficiency and off-target occurred in DNA
recombination are solved successfully, resulting in a more convenient targeted gene
editing.
