generally,too.Should say,each class are pressure phenomenon,but also not all
pressure is negative,negative,but the pressure increases to make the person”cannot
bear”became effective work and life obstacle,the people of physiology,psychology
and behavior produces serious adverse effects,especially the entire group are existing
same burden and pressure increasing problem,it needs to be noticed.Therefore,to Our
primary school teacher in charge work pressure research needs further aroused
people’S attention.
This study witIl teacher in charge occupational stress related literature material as
the theoretical basis and pre-decided classroom observation outline,compiled by
questionnaire,and classroom observation and a questionnaire survey method,using
current scale measured dalian development zone elementary school high segment
headteacher professional pressure situation,and of other parts of the country,
elementary school teacher in charge pressure situation in order to compare.And on
this basis,the teacher in charge of occupational stress,puts forward some
countermeasures and Suggestions.Strive to achieve the teacher in charge to enhance
professional pressure scientific understanding and attach importance to education,
reduce occupational stress behavior negative effects,thus to improve school education
