胰腺癌早期和术后相关性指标的临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究一组具有高度敏感性和特异性的血清标记物，能够早期诊断胰腺癌和监测胰腺癌术后疗效。 方法 收集病例100例分为三组，第一组：50例正常人为阴性对照组；第二组：50例经临床确诊为胰腺癌组；第三组：在第二组术后1个月为监测组。然后，分别对它们采取血液进行AFP、CEA、CA199、CA153、CA125及CA50、POA、PCAA的定量检测，研究其阳性率、敏感性和特异性。 结果 第一组的8种指标均为阴性，无显著性差异（P0.05）。第二组中的8种指标浓度水平明显升高，与第一组相比，具有高敏感性和高特异性，x2值分别为18.7和15.1，具有显著性差异P0.05。第三组与第二组相比，8种指标浓度水平明显下降至正常水平，P0.01，具有显著性差异。 结论 当胰腺癌变时，8种相关性指标可作为一组高度敏感性和特异性的血清标记物，同时也可作为胰腺癌术后疗效的一组监测指标。 　　[关键词] CA50；胰腺癌胚抗原；胰腺癌相关抗原 　　[中图分类号] R735.9 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）15-114-03 　　Clinical research of relativity index with pancreatic cancer prophase and postoperation 　　GUO Zhaolin LIN Liequan LIN Mingyun 　　Department of Clinical Laboratory，Dafeng Hospital of Chaoyang District，Shantou 515100，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study a group serum markers with high sensitivity and specificity，it can earlydiagnose pancreatic cancer and survey postoperative efficacy of pancreatic cancer.
