解放军护理苎志January 2008,25(1A)N urs J Chin PLA · 67 · · 护理教育· 问题一讨论一指导式教学法在《护理科研 教学中的应用 何贵蓉 (南京中医药大学护理学院，南京 210046) 摘要：目的 探讨问题一讨论一指导式教学法(problem-discuss—guidance，PDG)在护理专业本科生《护理科研》教学中的可行性， 为今后教学改革提供依据。方法 选择2004级护理本科生58名作为实验组，运用PDG教学法；2003级护理本科生41名作 为对照组，采用传统教学法。自行设计调查问卷评价教学效果，比较两组学生理论考试成绩、小组开题报告成绩。．结果 实验 组理论考试成绩和小组开题报告成绩均高于对照组(Pd0．05)。结论 PDG教学法提高学生对所学知识的川!f{J|f 记忆和运 用，激发学生学习的主观能动性，培养其创薪性思维能力和自主学习的能力，学生的知识和能力提高的同时，教师的教 水平也 得到了完善和提高。 关键词：问题～讨论一指导式；教学方法；护理科研 中圈分类号：R47 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1008—9993(2008)1A一0067—03 Practice of Problem-discuss-guidance Based Methodology in the Teaching of the Course of Nursing Research HE Gui—rong(College of Nursing，of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Nan— jing 210046，China) Abstract：Objective To investigate the feasibility of problem-discuss-guidance(PDG)based methodology in teaching of the course of Nursing Research．Methods Fifty—eight grade 04 un— dergraduates students majoring in nursing were．taught the course with PDG—based teaching methodology，and the course was delivered to 41 undergraduates of 03 grade using traditional teaching method．A self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effect，and the scores in the theoretical examination and the report for initiating a research project were compared between the two groups．Results The scores of the theoretical examination and the research project report were both significantly higher in grade 04 students than in the grade 03 students(P d0．05)．Conclusion The PDG～based teaching method can improve the students’ understanding，memory and application of the learned knowledge，and enhance the i
