第 16 卷第4期 2014 年 7 月 安徽理工大学学报(社会科学版) Jo山田1 of Anhui University of Science and Technology( Social Science) 承接产业园区主导产业的灰色评选 徐家洪，杨荣明，项桂娥 (池州学院经济贸易系，安徽池州 247仪泊) Vol. 16 No.4 Jul. 2014 摘 要:面对发达地区企业向中西部转移，一些中西部承接园区在产业定位上容易偏向外来大 企业，或者偏向已有的产业规划，园区主导产业的选择欠合理。论文根据当前承接园区的实际 情况，采取的国区主导产业评选做法是:一是在评选指标上，使用了产业周边供需率和劳动资 源满足率等适合于承接产业国区的 6 项指标。二是在分配指标权重方面，为避免小范围内园 区指标表现不稳定的情况，以及主观排序方法的随意性，论文以全国工业为考查对象，研究了 工止发展与 6 项指标的灰色相对关联度，以灰色关联度来分配指标权重，得到的指标关系较为 稳定，且具有实际解释意义。三是在评选方法上，使用了基于中心点的灰色评估模型对安徽贵 池工业园区主导产业进行了评选。 关键词:主导产业;灰色关联度;灰色聚类评估;承接产业园区 中图分类号:F127. 9 文献标识码:A 文章编号: 1672-1101 (2014 )04{泊16，(汤 Grey evaluation of the leading industry in the industrial park undertaking industrial transfer XU Jia - hong , YANG Rong - ming , XIANG Gui - e ( Department of Eoonomy and Commerce , Chizhou University , Chizhou , Anh凶 247α阳， αlina) Abstract: ln face of the ente甲rises of developed 缸咆部 being 田nsferred to the Midwest , some Midwestem indus- trial parks undertaking industrial transfer 缸e prone to foreign big enterprises or to the existing industrial plan- ning , and the choice of the leading industry is not re前onable.
