Results Ezrin and CD44v6 in the invasive ductal carcinoma expressed (70.3% and 82.8%) were higher than ductal carcinoma group (44.4% and 50.0%), expressed in breast cancer group (64.4% and 75.6%) were high mammary hyperplasia (23.1 % and 26.9%), the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05), while the ordinary ductal hyperplasia group compared with the expression of atypical hyperplasia were no significant differences (Pgt; 0.05), in invasive ductal carcinoma, Ezrin and CD44v6 expression has nothing to do with age, and primary tumor size, histologic grade, clinical TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P lt;0.05), but the number of Ezrin on expression and lymph node metastasis (0.01 0.05), in invasive ductal carcinoma and axillary lymph node metastasis in the group, the two expression was significantly correlated in ductal carcinoma and axillary lymph node-negative group had no relevance.
