However, forest ecological compensation should not only be seen as a means of correcting externalities , but also explored the strategic significance of the forest ecological compensation , excavate the value of forest ecological compensation in protection the amount of forest ecosystem services are not reduced and the incremental increase from the perspective of ecological capital.
