Results:Thepatientisa42-year-oldfemalewhohadcoughforoneyear.Computedtomographyshowedground- glassopacitiesandsmallnodulesinbilaterallungfields.Histopathologydemonstratedaccumulationofsimilarsized neoplasticcellswithinalveolarcapillaries,wideningthealveolarseptae.Thealveolarstructuresustainedinpartof districtions.Immunohistologically,thetumorcellswerepositiveforCD20andnegativeforCD3,CK,whichwere similartothediffuselargeB-celllymphoma.
