Abstract] Mathematical Modeling Course for medical education has a unique design to actual medical problems as a starting point, design mathematical situations; the use of mathematical knowledge, design model; test model, design model perfect; analysis conclusion, the design model to guide practice. At the same time from the emphasis on curricular and teaching, extra-curricular practices and updated test methods in teaching the three aspects of teaching reform were discussed. Biotechnology is currently widely used in mathematics, biomedical engineering, modern medical equipment, medical diagnostics, pathology, pharmacokinetics and cardiovascular medicine. Over the years, medical schools in the minds of students of higher math classes to become dispensable, irrelevant curriculum. The problem is the lack of a goalkeeper in curricular combination of mathematics and medicine course - Mathematics modeling. It is set up between medicine and mathematics from the bridge, content focus on training students to use mathematical knowledge to solve practical problems, theoretical knowledge while promoting the form of theorems of mathematical concepts to enhance the students understanding of the nature of intuitive as possible to stimulate students to learn interest in the traditional model is the impact of mathematics education, teaching methods must be reformed accordingly.
