广东微量元素科学 2017 年 GUANGDONG WEILIANG YUANSU KEXUE 第 2 4 卷第 3 期 文章编号 ：1006 446X (2017 ) 3 0038 04 新辅助化疗在软组织肉瘤治疗中的应用分析 薛金旭 1 曹 晶 2 李 晶 3 王建澍3 宋建民3 (1.甘肃中医药大学临床医学院，甘 肃 兰 州 730050; 2 . 兰州军区兰州总医院， 甘 肃 兰 州 730050; 3.甘肃省肿瘤医院，甘 肃 兰 州 730030) 摘 要 ：目 的 研究并探讨新辅助化疗在软组织肉瘤治疗中的应用效果 。方 法 选取2013年 1 月 一 2016年 6 月期间甘肃中医药大学临床医学院收治的软组织肉瘤共80例作为研究对象 ，采取单 盲随机分组法随机分为对照组和观察组各40 例 ，对照组实施手术治疗 ，观察组在手术前实施新辅 助化疗 ，比较两组患者的保肢率 、治疗效果 、术后半年复发情况 。结 果 观察组患者的保肢手术 率为77. 5 0 % ，对照组患者为55. 0 0 % ，差异具有统计学意义 （P 0. 05); 观察组患者的治疗总有 效率明显髙于对照组（ P 0. 05); 术后半年随访发现 ，观察组的复发率明显低于对照组（ P 0.05);观察组患者在新辅助化疗期间未出现严重的不良反应 。结 论 在软组织肉瘤患者行手术 治疗前实施新辅助化疗 ，可提髙患者的保肢率 ，提髙治疗效果 ，减少复发 ，有利于改善预后 。 关键词 ：软组织肉瘤；新辅助化疗 ；手术 ；保肢率 中图分类号 ：R 730. 262 文献标识码 ：A The Analysis of Application of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Soft Tissue Sarcoma XUE Jinxu1， CAO Jing2， LI Jing3， WANG Jianshu3， SONG Jianmin3 (1.
