My school with the Beijing Jiaotong University College of Distance and Continuing Education co-educational since the beginning of the fall of 2002 were enrolled in three professional (specialist) in four classes-the-job trainees begin distance education. Management in the teaching process, have encountered many new problems, triggering a series of reflection and exploration, has also taken a variety of measures. In particular, classroom teaching, modern distance education to traditional classroom teaching challenges, the traditional classroom teaching can not meet the needs of modern distance education.
