Abstract This paper summarizes the author in undertaking Master of Accounting Profession (MPAcc) project “Advanced Management Accounting Theory and Practice” course in the experience and inspiration for the future to better complete the curriculum, improve teaching quality made MPAcc their own views and recommendations.
In order to meet China’s rapid economic development practitioners for senior accounting expertise need to learn from the experience of Western developed countries, China in late 2003 by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of the accounting profession Master MPAcc (Master of Professional Accounting) , This is the second MBA (Master of Business Administration), MPA (Master of Public Administration) and Master of Laws, etc. after the first 13 professional master’s programs. At present the project by the State Council Degree Committee, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance set up jointly by three ministries of the steering committee for coordination and management. The project started in 2005 in 21 pilot schools and three National Accounting Institute of pilot recruitment. The author first term in 2006, assumed the Sun Yat-sen School of Management Department of Accounting First Accounting Professional Master Program (MPAcc) “Advanced Management Accounting Theory and Practice” course of teaching work. Through a semester of teaching practice, learned a lot, feel a lot. Now the author of a number of experiences, thoughts, lessons and inspiration are described below.
