[摘 要]通过分析国内外高校保险专业人才的培养现状，指出在社会风险和巨灾风险频繁发生的背景下，我国现有的高
校保险专业人才培养模式已不能适应经济社会发展的需要。当前应以关注民生理念为突破口，改革现有的人才培养模式，运用
整合学科资源的方法，综合政治学、经济学、社会学和管理学等多学科理论，着力培养出具有综合风险保障见的新型保险人才。
