第 30卷 第 6期 川北医学院学报 (http：／／noth．cbpt．cnki．net) Vo1．30．N0．6 2015年 l2月 JOURNALOFNORTH SICHUANMEDICALCOLLEGE Dec．2015 861 doi：10．3969／j．issn．1005-3697．2015．06．32 论著 注射用骨瓜提取物联合电磁场对骨折愈合的疗效观察 刘泽庆 (青 岛市黄岛区人 民医院，山东 青岛 266400) 【摘要】目的：探讨骨瓜提取物联合电磁场对骨折愈合的临床效果。方法：选取2014年 3月至2015年4月在我院就 诊的骨折患者86例，随机分为观察组和对照组 ，各43例。对照组患者手术复位后在常规的消肿、抗感染治疗基础上加用 LGT一2000电脑骨伤治疗仪，观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加使用骨瓜提取物联合地磁场，比较两组患者治疗前后肿胀程 度、VAS评分以及肱骨、尺桡骨、掌骨、股骨、胫腓骨骨折愈合时间。结果：观察组和对照组治疗后 1周肿胀程度和VAS评分 都有不同程度的降低 ，观察组降低的幅度大于对照组，P0．05，差异具有统计学意义 ；观察组患者肱骨、尺桡骨、掌骨、股骨、 胫腓骨骨折愈合时间短于对照组，P0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：骨瓜提取物联合 电磁场可有效缩短肱骨、尺桡骨、 掌骨、股骨、胫腓骨骨折愈合时间，能迅速消除肿胀 ，缓解患者 的痛苦 ，值得临床合理选用。 【关键词】骨折；骨瓜提取物 ；电磁场；骨折愈合时间 【文章编号】1005—3697(2015)06~861-03 【中图分类号】R969．4 【文献标志码】A Effectoffracturehealingtreatedbybonemelonextractcombinedwithe- lectromagneticfield LIU Ze-qing (QingdaoHuangdaoDistrictPeople’SHospital，Qingdao266400，Shandong，China) 【Abstract】0bjective：Toinvestigatetheclinicaleffectoftheelectromagneticfieldcombinedwithboneandmelonextracton fracturehealing．M ethods：86patientswithfractureinourhospitalfrom March2014toApril2015wererandomlydividedintoobserva- tiongroupandcontrolgroupwith43casesineachgroup．Controlgrouppatientswithoperativereductionwithroutinedetumeseence， anti-infectiontreatmentandLGT-2000 computerorthopedictreatmentinstrument，bonemelon extractand electromagneticfield in- creasedbasedonthecontrolgroupintheobservationgroup ，thedegreeofswelling，vasscoreandfracturehealingtimeofhumerus， radiusandulna，metacarpal，femur，tibiaandfibulawerecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsbeforeandaftertreatment．Results：VAS scoreandthedegreeofswellingofafter1weektreatmentbetweenobservationgroupandcontrolgrouphaddifferentdegreesofdecrease (P0．05)，humerus，ulnaandradius，metacarpalbone，femur，andtibiaandfibulafracturehealingtimeinobservationgroupshort thanthoseofthecontrolgroup (P0．05)．Conclusion：Bonemelonextract
