There have been many theories about knowledge management, but there are not many practical reasons. The reasons may be manifold, but the main reason is that there are no effective measures to promote them. What measures should be taken in the implementation of knowledge management in enterprises? Where should I start with? And then how to make employees actively participate? These become the problems that managers of enterprise knowledge management must plan to solve. In this paper, a number of cases will be introduced to effectively promote the implementation of knowledge management process.
1, the introduction of knowledge management concepts and methods
To carry out knowledge management, the first thing is to let employees understand it and take part in it actively. This is what is known as the introduction of knowledge management.
The goal is to get employees to know and participate. The means to achieve the goal is relatively simple, mainly relying on expert training, that is, experts will what is knowledge management? Why is it important? Working with employees? Relationship with other management? What platforms and tools do you use? How do these platforms and tools work? And so on a series of questions and their answers introduced to the staff. To make them more systematically understand and feel that knowledge management is needed for their immediate interests.
