摘要：乳酸茵已广泛的应用到酸奶和微生态制剂中。为获得具有产蛋白酶优良性能的乳酸菌种，对实
验室保存的21种乳酸菌种进行产蛋白酶能力筛选，并对蛋白酶进行分离纯化。从而获得一种产蛋白酶
KD左右。
的乳酸菌种，并将所产蛋白酶成功纯化，得到其分子质量在35
