精品论文 参考文献 交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折疗效观察及评估 湖南省新化县孟公镇中心卫生院 湖南娄底 417605 【摘 要】目的：研究交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折疗效。方法：研究资料来源于我院2014年1月—2015年1月期间收治股骨干骨折患者65例，根据掷硬币法，分为2组，交锁髓内钉组和钢板内固定组。就两组患者手术操作时间、手术中平均失血量、术后住院天数、骨折愈合时间和骨折恢复优良率进行比较。结果：交锁髓内钉组骨折恢复优良率高于钢板内固定组，P＜0.05。交锁髓内钉组患者手术操作时间、手术中平均失血量、术后住院天数、骨折愈合时间均少于钢板内固定组，P＜0.05。结论：交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折疗效确切，手术操作简单，可减少术中创伤，缩短术后出院和骨折愈合时间，提高骨折愈合质量，促进功能康复，值得推广。 【关键词】交锁髓内钉；股骨干骨折；疗效 【 abstract 】 objective：to study the exchange interlocking intramedullary nailing for femoral fracture curative effect.Methods：the data from our hospital in January 2014 - January 2015 patients，65 cases of femoral fractures，according to flip a coin，divided into 2 groups，pay the interlocking intramedullary nail and plate internal fixation group.Two groups of patients had average operation time，intraoperative blood loss，postoperative hospitalization days，fracture healing time and fracture restore is compared.Results：pay the interlocking intramedullary nail fracture recovery was higher than that of steel plate internal fixation group，P lt; 0.05.Pay interlocking intramedullary nailing group of patients average operation time，intraoperative blood loss，postoperative hospitalization days，fracture healing time were less than steel plate internal fixation group，P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：pay the interlocking intramedullary nailing for femoral fracture curative effect，simple operation，can reduce intraoperative trauma，shorten the postoperative hospital and fracture healing time，improve the quality of fracture healing，promote the function recovery，is worth promoting. 【 key words 】 in interlocking intramedullary nails；Femoral fractures；The curative effect 股骨干骨折为临床常见骨折类型，多因交通伤、跌倒、坠落等高能穿创伤所致，治疗以手术为首选，但因骨折产生应力改变，因而传统内固定效果欠佳[1]。本研究探讨了交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折疗效，报道如下： 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 研究资料来源于我院2014年1月—2015年1月期间收治股骨干骨折患者65例，根据掷硬币法，分为2组，交锁髓内钉组和钢板内固定组。 32例钢板内固定组患者中：男性24例，女性8例。年龄最低19岁，最高67岁，平均年龄为38.61plusmn;4.36岁。其中，开放性骨折有2例，闭合性骨折有30例；根据AO分型，32A型有27例，32B1型有5例。 33例交锁髓内钉组患者中：男性24例，女性9例。年龄最低19岁，最高66岁，平
