精品论文 参考文献 交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的疗效观察与评估 湖南省郴州市第三人民医院 423000 【摘 要】目的分析交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的临床效果。方法选择2014年8月至2016年7月在我院进行就诊的股骨干骨折患者80例进行临床分析。将80例患者分为新型治疗组和传统治疗组，每组40例患者。新型治疗组采用交锁髓内钉治疗，传统组采用钢板内固定进行治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果新型治疗组患者的手术时间要短于传统治疗组，术中出血量要少于传统治疗组，两组数据差异有统计意义（P＜0.05）。结论股骨干骨折采用交锁髓内钉治疗效果显著，且预后效果较好，手术患者进行手术的时间短、术中出血量少，具有重要的临床价值，值得推广及应用。 【关键词】交锁髓内钉术；股骨干骨折；临床效果 【 abstract 】 objective to analyze in the clinical effect of intramedullary nail treatment of femoral fractures. Methods between August 2014 and July 2014 of femoral fractures patients in our hospital 80 cases of clinical analysis. 80 patients were divided into treatment group and the traditional new treatment group，40 patients in each group. New type of treatment group used in locking intramedullary nail treatment，traditional group USES the steel plate internal fixation for treatment，to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results of shorter operation time of the new-type treatment group patients with conventional treatment group，intraoperative blood loss less than conventional treatment group，two groups of data difference had statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion femoral fracture with interlocking intramedullary nail treatment effect is remarkable，has good effect and prognosis，surgery patients underwent surgery time is short，less intraoperative blood loss，has important clinical value，worthy of popularization and application. 【 key words 】 to interlocking intramedullary nailing；Femoral fractures；Clinical effect 股骨干骨折是临床最为常见的骨折类型，而临床对股骨干骨折的治疗主要采用钢板内固定治疗，但是钢板内固定的手术时间较长，术中出血量多，对患者的损伤较大[1]。本次就2014年8月至2016年7月在我院进行就诊的股骨干骨折患者80例为研??对象，对80例患者分别进行交锁髓内钉及钢板内固定治疗，分析两种治疗方法的临床效果。现报道如下： 1资料与方法 1.1病例资料 选2014年8月至2016年7月在我院进行就诊的股骨干骨折患者80例为分析对象，将80例患者分为新型治疗和传统治疗组，每组40例患者。新型治疗组中有男性患者21例，女性患者19例，患者的年龄均在21~76岁之间，平均年龄为（43.6plusmn;5.2）岁。致伤原因：机械损伤患者有14例，高空坠落15例，交通事故8例，其他3例。传统治疗组：男性22例，女性18例，患者年龄均在22~78岁之间，平均年龄为（44.7plusmn;4.8）岁。致伤原因：机械损伤患者有15例，高空坠落13例，
