Chapter VI. Leadership Decision Making 第六章 领导与决策 SECTION I. LEADERSHIP 第一节 领 导 Definition 定义 Leadership, those acting as leaders of a particular organization or group. Leadership can also stands for the ability to lead. AUTOCRATIC LEADERSHIP, to lead by absolute power of one person 专制领导,由拥有绝对权力的个人领导; AUTHORITATIAN LEADERSHIP, to lead by favouring complete obedience to authority above personal freedom 权威领导,由个人乐意完全服从的,凌驾于个人自由之上的权威领导; DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP, to lead by paying no or little attention to rank division 民主领导,这种领导,不涉及或很少涉及地位阶层; LASSEZ FARCE LEADERSHIP, to lead by pay no or little attention to his responsibility. 惰性领导,对工作不负或很少负责任的领导。 Leadership Styles 领导风格 (1) TELLING(directing), The leader defines the roles needed to do the job and tells followers what, where, how, and when to do the tasks. 指令(指示型),领导详细说明完成工作所需的任务并告诉下属做什么,在哪里,如何做和在何时。 SELLING(coaching), The leader provides follows with structured instructions, but is also supportive. 告知(辅导型),领导向下属提供框架性的指示,但只是指导性的 Leaders
