阶梯式教学法在护生带教中的应用研究

【摘要】目的:探讨阶梯式教学法在胸心外科护生带教中的应用效果。方法:对来胸心外科实习的144名护生进行阶梯式教学带教法,从巩固基础护理知识、胸心外科专业知识、常见胸心外科疾病护理知识、特殊仪器使用知识等四个阶段进行带教。实习前后考核护生相关知识及技能,观察护生对阶梯式教学法的满意度。结果:实习后护生基础护理知识、胸心外科专业知识、胸心外科常见病护理及特殊仪器使用知识明显高于实习前;护生对阶梯式带教法的总满意度为97.22%。结论:阶梯式教学法有助于护生巩固基础知识,提升专业知识,注重实际技能,适合护生带教。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the ladder teaching method in cardiothoracic surgery nursing students in teaching application effect. Methods: 144 nursing students to practice of cardiothoracic surgery of Ladder Teaching with teaching, for teaching from the four stage of consolidating basic nursing knowledge, professional knowledge of cardiothoracic surgery, cardiothoracic surgery disease common nursing knowledge, using special instrument knowledge etc.. The practice related knowledge and skills of nursing students before and after examination, observation and nursing students on laddered teaching satisfaction. Results: after nursing practice nursing students basic knowledge, professional knowledge of cardiothoracic surgery, cardiothoracic surgery common disease nursing and special instruments using knowledge was significantly higher than the total satisfaction of nursing students before practice; teaching method of ladder type band is 97.22%. Conclusion: the ladder teaching method could help the students to consolidate the basic knowledge, improve professional knowledge, practical skills, suitable for nursing students teaching.
