内蒙古达拉特旗清代的土地垦殖过程分 析 韩强强王社教 陕西师范大学西北历史环境与经济社会发展研究院 根据历史文献并结合地名志资料，通过定性与定量分析相结合的方法，复原出 了内蒙A达拉特旗清代较高分辨率的土地垦殖时空过程，并分析了影响土地垦 殖进程的诸因素。结果表明：1）清初至道光七年（1827）,由于清初的蒙汉隔离 政策，康熙丙征路线及其造成的物资需求和达拉特旗北部商业发达的原因，达 拉特旗垦殖处于私垦阶段，垦殖的重点为北部沿黄河地区。2）道光八年（1828） 至光绪二十七年（1901），在内部叛乱的扰乱、内地人口剧增的现实以及蒙地办 公经费的紧张等因素的综合作用下，达拉特旗垦殖进入民垦合法阶段，垦殖的 重点转移到东北部沿河地区。3）光绪二十八年（1902）至宣统三年（1911）， 主要由于清末赔教款造成的财政危机，最终使得达拉特旗垦殖步入官垦阶段， 垦殖的重点冋到北部沿黄河地区，并II南部土山丘陵也成为垦殖的次重点地区。 关键词： 北方农牧交错带;达拉特旗;土地垦殖;时中过程;清代; Email:hanqiangqiang@snnu. edu. (2) From 1828 to 1901 A.
