区域制造业升级的影响因素作用机理与  叶琪翟昆 福建师范大学经济学院 在文献梳理的棊础上总结影响区域制造业升级的主要因素，并以福建省为例， 分析生产性服务业发展状况、创新能力、外商直接投资以及对外贸易程度等四个 主耍因素对制造业升级的作用机理。运用2000-2015年福建省9个地级市的数据 构建面板数据模型，实证分析四个主要因素对福建省制造业升级的影响程度。结 果显示，生产性服务业的作用最大，其次是对外贸易程度，创新能力作用发挥 还比较有限，外商直接投资的作用近年来不断减弱。应从制造业服务化、自主创 新、价值链提升等方面推动福建制造业转型升级。 关键词： 制造业升级;作用机理;生产性服务业;自主创新;价值链; 研究方向:竞争力 理论与政策。 研究方向：产业经济 理论与政策。 基金：福建省社科基地重大项0 “技术创新支撑福建省制造业竞争力跨越提升的 战略研宄” （FJ2015JDZ017） An Empirical and Mechanism Analysis of Influencing Factors of Manufacturing Industry Upgrading:Taking Fujian Province as an Example YE Qi ZHAI Kun School of Economics, Fujian Normal University; Abstract： Based on the literature review, this paper summarizes the main factors that influence regional manufacturing industry upgrading, takes Fujian as an example to analyze four major factors such as producer services, innovation ability, foreign direct investment and foreign trade degree. This paper uses the data of nine prefecture-level cities in Fujian province from 2000 to 2015, constructs panel data model, and analyzes the influence of four factors on Fujian manufacturing industry upgrading. The results show that the role of producer services is the largest, followed by the degree of foreign trade, innovation is relatively limited, and foreign direct investment has been weakened in recent years. Therefore, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote transformation and upgrading of Fujian manufacturing industry from the aspects of service industry, innovation and value chain promotion.
