AbstractIntherollingprocessofsteel,monitoringthethicknessofthesteelsheetneedtousethegauge,andcontinuousmeasurementwillaccumulationerrors.CurrentlywemainlycompletethethicknessscalibrationinhightemperatureandXRayradiationenvironmentbymanuallymanner.Thispaperaimstoimprovetheefficiencycalibration,replacemanualoperationunderharshenvironment.Accordingtothethicknessmeasurementsystemsresearchstatus,analyzesthekeyissuesofradiationmeasuringprocessneedtobeaddressed.UseGermanysIMSX_Raythicknessastheresearchobject,introducetheprincipleofX_Raythickness.Forthelowefficiencyandpoorcalibrationenvironment,wedesigntheautomaticcalibrationcontrolsystem,atlastdescribethedesignofblockdiagram,hardwarestructureofthecontrolsystem,differentcontrolmodel,electricalcontrolcabinet.Analyzesthewayofhardwaresselection,completethedesignofcontrolsystemssoftwarebytakeadvantageofMitsubishiFX3UPLC,locationmoduleandinternetmodule.Improvementonthedesignwiththeparallelmodeautomaticcalibrationofcontrolalgorithm,andtocomparetheefficiencyofvariousalgorithms.Thetestresultsshowthatthecontrolsystemofautomaticcalibrationcanreplacemanualoperationsandimprovetheefficiencyoffieldcalibration.Finally,thefulltextissummarizedandprospected.Keywords:thickness;PLC;servomotor;calibrationII目录摘要..................................................................................................................................IAbstract.............................................................................................................................II第1章绪论...................................................................................................................11.1研究背景和意义...............................................................................................11.2国内外研究现状及分析...................................................................................11.3需解决的关键问题...........................................................................................21.4论文研究内容及章节安排.........................................
