AbstractAbstractThe studies of the multiferroic materials have attracted considerable attention in strongly correlated electron system since Currie forecast the existence of magnetoelectricity effect by crystal symmetry theory in the 1894. These materials that simultaneously show ferro-or antiferroelectric as well as ferro-or antiferromagnetic compensate defects of the pure ferro-or antiferroelectric as well as ferro-or antiferromagnetic materials and present simultaneously electric and magnetic orders. The study concerning the materials exhibit plenty physics meaning and have important significance for uncovering the relation between the structure, magnetism and electricity and developing excellent performance materials. As a fundamental physics research, the multiferroic material exhibits many intriguing physical behaviors; e.g. piezoelectricity effect, magnetoelectricity effect, magneto dielectric effect and the coupling between them. The physics workers are interest in these complex phenomena. Especially, as a applied physical research ,the investigation in the multiferroic materials films not only have important significance for the spintronic application, but also stimulate the great progress in the growth of information storage, integrated current and magneto sensor device.In this thesis, the influence of the crystal structure, ferroelectric, dielectric constant, leakage current and ferromagnetic of the different thickness thin films on different substrate were carefully investigated by studying the strain and thickness effects of the epitaxial film .The whole thesis consists of four chapters.Chapter 1: The general present research situation of the multiferroic materials physics and thin films is introduced. Firstly, the history and shortage ,manyproperties such as the crystal and ferroelectricity, ferromagnetism ，magnetoelectricity effect, magneto dielectric effect are reviewed.
