under the driven AC voltage of 0V, 1.0V and 3.0V, respectively. The results show that the focal lengths for monochromatic light are different with the applied voltages of 0V, 1.0V and 3.0V.6． Fresnel double zone electrodes is proposed for improvement due to the fringing effect,and multiple Fresnel zone electrode is designed to solve the problem that the interval between Fresnel zone rings becomes smaller and smaller with increase of their radius.
