PAGE PAGE 10中文摘要目的：对广西近代中医针灸发展情况进行系统研究，归纳其发展的历史，总结其发展特点，探讨其产生的影响，明确广西近代中医针灸发展在全国的历史位臵，充实近代中医史和广西地方医学史的研究，为中医针灸的教学、临床、科研和人才培养等提供指导和借鉴。方法：坚持历史唯物主义、辨证唯物主义和实事求是的原则，力求做到思想性、科学性和资料性三者统一；史料以史志著作资料为主，做到有迹可考，有据可查。查阅史书、广西地方志、相关地市县所编文史资料等历史文献，收集记载近代广西中医针灸发展的内容资料，如针灸医家、针灸著作、针灸论文，学术团体、刊物、师承教育等内容，将收集的资料按历史顺序、研究内容等分门别类；主要通过外证、内证、多证、理证等方法分析资料，核实相关内容；以史料为依据，综合运用中医学、历史学等学科的理论和方法进行理论研究，探讨相关学术问题。结果：广西近代中医针灸的发展主要表现在涌现出罗哲初等著名针灸医家、编撰了《实用针灸指要》等十几本针灸专著、出现私人办学、团体办学、公立办学等多种形式的针灸的教育、积极参与与创建针灸学术团体并发表针灸学术文章、产生了在全国较有影响的针灸流派；其成就主要有独创广西派针法、提出穴性理论、建立了针灸外科治疗学体系、编撰大量针灸医籍等四个方面。其特点是发展较快，成绩突出；重视教育，成效显著；普及为主，实用为先；注重交流，形式多样。其成效和影响体现在积累了丰富的中医针灸经验、培养了大量中医针灸人才、提升了广西中医针灸的地位等方面。结论：在近代百余年里，广西中医针灸发展达到一定的规模，这一时期的针灸发展，与古代相比有了较大的进步，在理论研究、临床实践、教学等方面的发展在近代中国针灸发展史上是较突出的，极大提升了广西中医针灸的地位，奠定了广西现代针灸发展的基础，为建国后针灸很快投入到卫生保健工作，起到了承上起下作用。关键词：广西；近代史；中医；针灸；医学史Developmeng of TCM Acupuncture of Guang xi from the year of 1840 to 1949ABSTRACTObjective: Researching the whole historic development of the recent TCM Acupuncture of Guangxi systemically, and deducing its development the history, summarizing its development characteristic, discussing influence which it produces, expliciting the Guangxi modern times Chinese medicine acupuncture development in the national historical position, enriching modern Chinese medicine history and Guangxi place history of medicine research, For the Chinese medicine acupunctures teaching, clinical, the scientific research and the personnel training and so on provide instruct and use for reference.Methods: Insisting that historical materialism, the dialectical materialism and the realistic principle, make every effort to combination the thoughts, science, knowledge together by reading the history books. historical data comes mainly from annals and work. There is the mark to research and the basis to search.
