PBL结合多媒体教学模式在儿科实习教学中应用 　　[摘要]目的 分析PBL结合多媒体教学模式在儿科实习教学中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2015年7月20日～2016年3月11日接收的98例儿科实习医生，并将其随机分为两组，对照组49例实施常规教学模式，观察组49例实施PBL结合多媒体教学模式，比较两组实习医生教学后的自我评估评分、操作技能成绩、理论知识成绩。结果 观察组实习医生的自我评估评分：教学方式满意度、思维辨别能力、临床技能、学习的独立性以及主动性、学习兴趣评分均高于对照组（P0.05）。观察组实习医生的操作技能成绩[（90.21±1.05）分]、理论知识成绩[（92.21±1.11）分]均高于对照组[（70.15±2.15）、（72.15±0.15）分]（P0.05）。结论 在儿科实习教学中实施PBL结合多媒体教学模式，不仅能提高实习生的自主学习能力和对学习的积极性，还能增加操作技能成绩、理论知识成绩，促进实习生临床思维能力提升。 　　[关键词]PBL；多媒体教学模式；儿科实习教学；应用 　　[中图分类号] R712 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（c）-0133-03 　　Application of PBL combined with multi-media teaching mode in pediatric practice teaching 　　KE Ji-chao 　　Department of Paediatrics，Maternal and Child Health Care Planning Service Center of Yunfu City in Guangdong Province，Yunfu 527300，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze the application effect of PBL combined with multi-media teaching mode in pediatric practice teaching.Methods 98 pediatric interns recruited in our hospital from July 20，2015 to March 11，2016 were selected and randomly divided into the two groups：the control group （49 cases） was given conventional teaching mode and the observation group （49 cases） was given the PBL combined with multi-media teaching mode.The post-teaching self-evaluation score，operation skill performance and theoretical knowledge performance pediatric interns between the two groups were compared.Results The self-assessment score：satisfaction of teaching mode，ability of thinking and discrimination，clinical skills，independence and initiative of learning and interest in learning core of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P0.05）.The operation skill score [（90.21±1.05） points] and theoretical knowledge points [（92.21±1.11） points] of observation group were higher than those of control group （P0.05）.Conclusion Application of PBL combined with multi-media teaching mode in pediatric practice teaching not only can improve the interns′ autonomous learning ability and enthusiasm for learning，but
