一点一针式重睑成形及内眦赘皮矫正术的临床应用 　　[摘要]目的：探讨一点一针式重睑成形及内眦赘皮矫正术的临床效果。方法：一点一针式重睑成形术：在睑缘中部重睑最佳形成点设计5mm切口，暴露睑板、缩短提上睑肌、切除多余眶隔脂肪，按提上睑肌、切口上下缘顺序内缝合1针；一点一针式内眦赘皮矫正术：根据测量及目测，在内眦鼻侧定出新的内眦点，从此点向内眦角横行切开，充分暴露内眦角，将内眦角与鼻侧新内眦点缝合1针。结果：采用该术式行重睑成形及内眦赘皮矫正术200例，随访6个月～1年，手术效果稳定，内眦角暴露充分，切口瘢痕轻微，重睑自然，效果满意。结论：该术式创伤小、恢复快、瘢痕轻、效果持久、术后无需包扎、不影响日常生活，值得推广。 　　[关键词]重睑成形术；内眦赘皮矫正术；一点一针式；微创 　　[中图分类号]R622 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2018）03-0041-02 　　Blepharoplasty and Canthus Correction Operation with a “One Point One Stitch Suture” Technique 　　XU Na，LI Zhun，YUE Rong，WU Yang 　　（Department of Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery，the 451st Hospaital of PLA，Xian 710054，Shaanxi，China） 　　Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical effect of blepharoplasty and canthus correction operation with a “one point one stitch suture” technique. Methods A point of double eyelid reconstruction： The 5mm incision was designed for the best formation point of middle eyelid， exposed meibomian， shorten the levator muscle， removed excess fat form the orbit. According to the levator muscle， the incision was sutured in the lower margin. A point of epicanthus correction： according to measurement and visual inspection， a mew medial canthus was located at the lateral canthus. From this point， the angle of the inner canthus was completely cut， fully exposed the canthus， stitched the inner canthus with the new medial canthus of the nasal side. Results In this paper， 200 cases of epicanthus correction were performed， all cases were followed up from 6 months to 1 year. The operation effects were stable. The angulus oculi medialises were exposed fully and the scars were slight. The double eyelids were natural and all the patients were satisfied. Conclusion The procedure is less traumatic， rapid recovery， scar light， the effect lasting， and no influence on daily life.
