三因素三水平正交试验用于运动疗法对妊娠期糖尿病母婴结局的探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 研究三因素三水平正交试验用于运动疗法对妊娠期糖尿病母婴结局影响。方法 该研究选取该院2012年12月―2014年1月间治疗的288例GDM孕妇，将其设为GDM组，另选取同期在该院接受分娩的糖耐量正常孕妇142例，将其设为NGT组。将GDM组288患者随机分为运动（A）组和非运动（B）组，两组各有144例患者，对其进行三因素三水平正交试验。NGT组患者根据其血糖实际情况为其制定相应的饮食方案、给予诺和灵R进行血糖干预。GDM组在NGT组方法的基础上加用运动疗法进行干预及健康教育。 结果 A组AUC与B组AUC差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。GDM组患者在阿氏评分7方面优于NGT组，两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用三因素三水平正交试验用于运动疗法对GDM患者血糖水平有明显的改善，能够有效的降低妊娠母婴并发症发生率。 　　[关键词] 三因素三水平；运动疗法；妊娠期；糖尿病；母婴结局 　　[中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（a）-0067-02 　　Effect of Three Factors and Three Levels Orthogonal Test Applied in Exercise Therapy for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus on Maternal and Neonatal Outcomes 　　LI Shuang 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Central Hospital of Hongxinglong Branch of Beidahuang Production and Construction Corps， Shuangyashan， Heilongjiang Province， 155811 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of three factors and three levels orthogonal test applied in movement therapy for gestational diabetes mellitus on maternal and neonatal outcomes. Methods 288 GDM patients treated in our hospital between December 2012 and January 2014 were selected as GDM group， 142 pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance were selected as NGT group. 288 GDM patients were subdivided into group motion group （group A， n=144） and the non-movement group （group，n=144） and all of them received three factors and three levels orthogonal test. Appropriate diet program and Novolin R blood glucose intervention based on the actual situation of their blood glucose were performed in the NGT group.On the basis of the methods used in the NGT group exercise therapy was used in the GDM group to for intervention and health education.
