一次性输液泵用于胃肠道肿瘤化疗输液中存在的问题和对策 　　[摘要] 目的 正确使用一次性输液泵进行胃肠道肿瘤化疗输液，提高临床化疗效果，减轻化疗的毒副作用。方法2011年8月～2013年8月我科收治的胃肠道肿瘤患者230例，利用一次性输液泵进行化疗输液209例。观察和记录使用一次性输液泵进行化疗输液的情况，使用中出现的问题，分析原因并采取相应措施。 结果209例胃肠道肿瘤患者使用一次性输液泵进行化疗输液，未能按时完成输液有6例；出现堵管2例；留置针滑出血管1例；报警错误8例；其他问题2例。 结论 一次性输液泵用于胃肠道肿瘤患者的化疗输液有其优势，但其操作精度、输液量及输液速度计算、巡视要求、患者配合等与普通闭式静脉输液器相比要求更高；若使用中达不到要求也容易出现问题，采取相应的措施可减少这些问题的发生，保证胃肠道肿瘤患者能顺利完成全程化疗。 　　[关键词] 输液泵；化疗输液；问题；对策 　　[中图分类号] R735 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）17-0134-03 　　Problems and countermeasures of disposable transfusion pump applied in gastroenteric tumor chemotherapy transfusion 　　LIU Qingxia1 LIU Qingfang2 　　1.Second Department of Internal Medicine，Jiangxi Cancer Hospital，Nanchang 330029，China；2. Methods Of the 230 patients with gastrointestinal cancer admitted to our department from August 2011 to August 2013，209 patients used disposable transfusion pump for chemotherapy transfusion. The chemotherapy transfusion situation of disposable transfusion pump and the problems arising during usage were observed and recorded； The causes were analyzed and corresponding measures were taken. Conclusion For patients with gastroenteric cancer，disposable transfusion pump has advantages，but it has higher requirements than common closed transvenous transfusion apparatus in operation precision， transfusion quantity and transfusion speed calculation， tour requirements and patient cooperation.
