健康教育路径在未足月胎膜早破期待疗法孕妇中的效果评价   【摘要】 目的:探?健康教育路径在未足月妊娠胎膜早破期待疗法孕妇中应用的效果。方法: 回顾笔者所在医院2015年10月-2017年10月收治的90例未足月胎膜早破孕妇资料。按不同的健康教育模式分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用传统的健康教育方法;观察组采用健康教育路径。比较两组健康知识认知率、护理满意度、妊娠结局和并发症发生率。结果: 观察组健康知识认知率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的77.78%;观察组对护理工作满意度为97.78%,高于对照组的84.84%;观察组足月分娩率为95.60%,高于对照组的84.40%;观察组并发症发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的17.78%。两组比较差异均有统计学意义意义(P0.05)。结论:健康教育路径在未足月妊娠胎膜早破孕妇中应用能有效提高孕妇的健康知识认知率,改善妊娠结局,从而有效降低该病的并发症发生率和围产儿死亡率,对确保母婴安全有积极意义。   【关键词】 未足月胎膜早破; 健康教育路径; 效果   doi:10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.10.031 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805(2018)10-0064-03   【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of application of health education path in pregnant women with premature rupture of fetal membranes in expectant treatment.Method:The data of 90 cases of women with premature rupture of pregnant received and cured in the author’s hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were reviewed.The women were divided into the observation group of 45 cases and the control group of 45 cases according to different health education models.The traditional health education method was adopted in the control group,while the health education path was adopted in the observation group.The cognition rate of health knowledge,satisfaction with nursing,pregnancy outcome,and complication incidence rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The cognition rate of health knowledge of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 77.78% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The satisfaction with nursing of the observation group was 97.78%,the control group was 84.84%, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).
