利多卡因联合声频共振治疗神经性耳鸣疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 观察利多卡因联合声频共振治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法 84例神经性耳鸣患者， 采用双盲法分为联合组和对照组， 各42例。对照组采用利多卡因进行治疗， 联合组在对照组基础上联合声频共振进行治疗。对比两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗前， 两组耳鸣程度评分比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后， 两组耳鸣程度评分均低于本组治疗前， 且联合组低于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。联合组总有效率95.24%高于对照组的78.57%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。联合组满意度92.86%高于对照组的76.19%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 利多卡因联合声频共振治疗神经性耳鸣具有良好的临床疗效， 能有效控制患者病情， 提高患者满意度， 值得在临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 利多卡因；声频共振；神经性耳鸣；疗效 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2018.06.058 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of lidocaine combined with acoustic resonance in the treatment of neurological tinnitus. Methods A total of 84 neurological tinnitus patients were divided by double-blind method into combined group and control group， with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lidocaine， and the combined group was treated with acoustic resonance on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results Before treatment， both groups had no statistically significant difference in tinnitus degree score （P0.05）. After treatment， both groups had lower tinnitus degree score than before treatment， and the combined group was lower than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The combined group had higher total effective rate as 95.24% than 78.57% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The combined group had higher satisfaction as 92.86% than 76.19% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. 　　Conclusion Combination of lidocaine and acoustic resonance shows good clinical efficacy in treating acoustic resonance， and can effectively control the disease condition of patients and improve their satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　【Key words】 Lidocaine； Acoustic resonance； Neurological tinnitus； Efficacy 　　神?性耳鸣是临床耳科较常见的疾病， 患者临床症状一般表现为烦躁、失眠、注意力分散等， 严重影响了患者的生存质量。临床中对神经性耳鸣的治疗方法较多， 但疗效一般， 患者预后较差[1]。声频共振是近年来出现的新的治疗方式，
