医务人员职业暴露能力调查分析 　　[摘要] 目的：了解医院医务人员职业暴露现状，为防范职业暴露风险提供依据。方法：对全院职工进行职业暴露防护培训，并对培训人员分别在培训前后进行问卷调查。结果：医务人员职业暴露防护知识在培训前后存在一定差距。培训前护理组好于医疗组，医疗组好于医技组；培训后基本持平。结论：医务人员职业暴露风险不能忽视，加强医务人员职业暴露防护技能的培训，制定职业暴露管理制度，完善职业暴露管理规范，规范医院感染管理流程，减少职业暴露感染事件的发生，为医务人员提供一个安全的工作环境。 　　[关键词] 职业暴露；个人防护 　　[中图分类号]R192 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1673-7210（2008）06（c）-106-02 　　 　　Investigation and analysis of medical personnel′s ability of occupational exposure 　　ZHAO Min1, LI Fang2 　　(1.People′s Hospital of Rongcheng, Rongcheng 264300, China; 2.City Hospital of Weihai, Weihai 264000,China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the medical personnel′s ability of occupational exposure and provide basis to prevent occupational exposure risks.Methods: To conduct occupational exposure protection training to the medical personnel, and investigate the ability of occupational exposure before and after the training.Results: There was a certain knowledge gap in the medical personnel′s occupational exposure before and after training. The nurses did better than doctors, and the doctors did better than the technical staff before training,and the three groups had no significant difference after training.Conclusion: We can not ignore the risk of medical personnel exposed to occupational exposure, and we must improve the medical personnel′s ability ofoccupational exposure by skills training, develop the occupational exposure management system, take the management of occupational exposure as regulate and standardize hospital infection management processes to reduce occupational exposure to the incidence of infection, provide a safe working environment to medical personnel. 　　[Key words] Occupational exposure; Personal protection 　　 　　以前，多数医院将医院感染的防护措施主要用来保护患者，防止患者发生医院感染，而对处在高危环境中的医务人员重视不够。为了了解我院医务人员职业暴露预防知识掌握的现状，强化防护意识，笔者对我院医护人员进行了一次问卷调查。 　　1 对象与方法 　　1.1 调查对象 　　选取各临床科室及部分医技科室医务人员200名，其中，临床医疗人员90名，护理人员90名，医技人员20名；本科100名，大专70名，中专30名；参加工作年限最长38年，最短1年。分为护理组、医疗组和医技组。 　　1.2 调查方法 　　采取自行命题的方法，同一试卷，同一人群，分别在培训前后进行职业暴露预防知识问卷调查
