团体认知行为疗法在留守儿童弱视患者中应用效果   [摘要] 目的 探究团体认知行为疗法对于提高留守儿童弱视患者治疗积极性及改善患者弱视情况的效果。 方法 选取2013年1月~2015年12月于哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院接受治疗的86例留守儿童弱视患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者平均分为两组,每组各43例。对照组采用常规护理手段,观察组在此基础上加以团队认知行为疗法进行护理。护理1个月后采用依从性量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和自我效能量表分别对两组患儿进行评定,比较两组患儿弱视恢复情况。 结果 护理1个月后,观察组患儿依从性量表得分、SAS得分、SDS得分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。观察组自我效能量表评分各项得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。观察组弱视恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意?x(P 0.05)。 结论 团体认知行为疗法能够有效提高留守儿童弱视患者的治疗积极性,提高患儿自我效能,对于弱视恢复有积极作用。   [关键词] 团体认知行为疗法;留守儿童;弱视;临床效果   [中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210(2017)02(b)-0153-04   [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of group cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) in improving the treatment of leftover children with amblyopia and improving the situation of amblyopia. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015, 86 leftover children with amblyopia at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected as the research object. According to random number table, the children were divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The children in control group were given conventional care, the children in the observation group were given CBT. One month after nursing , compliance scale, self rating anxiety scale (SAS), self rating depression scale (SDS), self-efficacy scale were detected, and amblyopia recovery were compared. Results One month after nursing, the scores of compliance scale, SAS and SDS in observation group were better than the beter than those in control group, with statistically significant difference (P 0.05). The score of self-efficacy scale in observation group was higher than that in control group, with statistically significant difference (P 0.05). The clinical effect in observation group was better than that of control group, with statistically significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion CBT can effectively improve the treatment and improve the self-efficacy of leftover children with amblyopia. It is worthy of clinical application.   [Key w
