Methods: Retrospectively investigated and collected an AAA hospital’s maternal inpatient data from January 2012 to December 2014. Randomly selected 148 singleton pregnancy patients diagnosed with placenta previa, and randomly selected 112 singleton pregnancy patients without placenta previa from the same hospitalization time period for comparison purposes. Compared and analyzed the maternal outcomes and perinatal influences of these two groups. Case-control study methodology was used to perform univariate analysis and multivariate analysis of the influence factors of placenta previa. IBM statistical SPSS 20.0 (statistical software) was used to establish a clinical database to calculate the ratios of case group to control group, of pernicious placenta previa to non-pernicious placenta previa, and of different types of placenta previa identified after the surgeries. Applied ?2 test in univariate analysis of the influence factors of placenta previa. Unconditional Logistic regression analysis was used in multivariate analysis and the test criterion was set as P≤0.05. Results: 1.
