尼尔雌醇配伍米索前列醇用于绝经5年以上妇女取器术中临床应用 　　【摘要】目的 探讨绝经后妇女取器术前宫颈准备2种方法的效果。方法 收集绝经后5年以上妇女取器216例相关资料，分成2组，A组：术前2周、1周各顿服尼尔雌醇2mg，qd，总量4mg，手术当日术前2小时舌下含化米索前列醇0.4mg。B组：术前2周、1周各顿服尼尔雌醇2mg,qd，总量4mg。结果 A组宫颈软化程度最好，均顺利取器，手术时间短，腹痛轻，出血少。B组次之，部分取器困难。两组宫口扩张大小，手术时间及成功率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 尼尔雌醇配伍米索前列醇用于绝经后5年以上妇女取器可提高手术成功率，减轻手术痛苦且安全、有效，副反应少，可作为绝经后妇女取器的术前用药。 　　【关键词】绝经后妇女 取器术 尼尔雌醇 米索前列醇 　　中图分类号：R169.41文献标识码：A文章编号：1005-0515（2011）1-020-02 　　Nilestriol together with Wumisu van pure used in postmenopausal women take 5 years is the 　　clinical application of operation 　　FengDeju 　　(Sichuan LuZhouShi LongMaTanOu family planning publicity technology ZhiDaoZhan) 　　【Abstract】Objective Explore postmenopausal women take implement preoperative cervical preparation of two methods effect.
