摘 要
德育模式是一种教育模式,是运用模式研究法,对在德育现象中逐步形成的、 相对稳定的、较为系统的而具典型意义的德育经验,加以抽象化、结构化后形成的 特殊的理论形态;是在一定道德教育思想、文化理念指导下,经过长期实践,根据 社会要求和德育主体与德育客体需要所形成的有利于德育客体道德发展、道德认知 水平提高的典型教育样式或实践范式。对中英德育模式进行比较研究,其目的就是 要通过比较、鉴别和融合,探寻中英两国在不同社会制度、不同文化背景下,在遵 循德育发展规律的基础上,所形成的德育模式之间的异同,从而进一步查找不足, 借鉴经验,更好地促进我国德育发展。
在德育模式方面,中国无论从德育理论中的价值观、教育传统还是实施路径都 与英国有所不同。在中国德育理论中,包括整体主义的核心价值观、道德与政治紧 密结合的教育传统、培养人“从善”进而转化为“行善”的教育路径等。而在英国 的德育理论中,主要包括个人主义的核心价值观、道德与宗教相结合的教育传统、 注重隐性教育实现受教育者成长目标的教育路径。在这样的理论基础之上,中英两 国在德育模式上存在以下共同点,即都非常重视课程教育、借助活动载体、运用隐 性教育来实现道德教育。中英两国在德育模式上存在以下不同点,即中国德育模式 注重客观价值的培养,而英国德育模式注重主观价值的培养;中国德育模式注重德 育内容,而英国德育模式注重德育过程;中国德育模式注重道德学习,而英国德育 模式注重道德建构;中国德育模式注重防微杜渐,而英国德育模式注重自由发展等。 通过中英两国德育模式的比较研究,笔者提出了加强德育渗透功能、构建双主体德 育模式以及重视德育工作上的情感要素等方面的建议,从而为我国提升德育效用, 达到德育目标,更好地促进受教育者自身道德发展具有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract
Model of moral education is a kind of educational model. It is the relatively stable, systematic and typical experience of moral education which is formed by the model methodology in the phenomenon of moral education. And it is a special theoretical theory form which is formed in abstracting and structuring. Under the guidance of moral education thoughts and culture concept, models of moral education are formed as typical education pattern which is propitious to develop morality of object of moral education and enhance level of moral cognition through long-term practice on the basis of social requirement and needs of subject and object of moral education.
The purpose of doing comparative research on models of moral education between China and United Kingdom is to explore the differences through comparison, identification and fusion under different social system and culture background which is based on development law of moral education so that the author can find out shortcomings and experience and promote the development of moral education in China.
