心理行为干预对全脑血管造影患者负性情绪及血压影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨采用心理行为干预对全脑血管造影患者负性情绪和血压的影响。方法：选择2015年5月-2016年6月在本院行全脑血管造影术患者56例，根据护理方式不同将患者分为对照组（给予常规护理干预）与观察组（给予心理行为干预），各28例。比较两组患者负性情绪（SAS、SDS评分）及血压变化情况。结果：手术前，两组患者的血压水平及SAS、SDS评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组手术期间收缩压、舒张压水平均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；手术后，观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用心理行为干预可有效改善全脑血管造影患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪，可调节患者的血压水平。 　　【关键词】 心理行为干预； 全脑血管造影； 负性情绪； 血压 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effects of psychological and behavioral intervention on negative mood and blood pressure in patients with cerebral angiography.Method：56 patients underwent cerebral angiography in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were selected，according to the different nursing methods，they were divided into the control group （routine nursing intervention） and the observation group （given psychological intervention），28 cases in each group.The negative emotion （SAS and SDS score）and blood pressure of the two groups were compared.Result：Before operation，the blood pressure level，SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared，there were no significant differences（P0.05）；during the operation，the systolic blood pressure，diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were better than those in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）；after operation，the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological and behavioral intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in patients with cerebral angiography，and adjust the blood pressure level of patients. 　　【Key words】 Psycho behavioral intervention； Whole brain angiography； Negative emotion； Blood pressure 　　First-author’s address：Guangdong General Hospital，Guangzhou 510000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2017.33.023 　　?R床采用的全脑血管造影（DSA）是一种通过皮股动脉穿刺的血管造影成像，可有效应用于诊断脑血管疾病患者血管病变的性质、严重程度[1-4]。DSA虽然创伤小，但作为一种有创性检查方法，可能出现各种并发症，存在一定风
