万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 我国在改革开放 30 年时间的时间里，城市空间扩大了二三倍，城镇化率也 达到了 52.6%，在城镇化建设方面取得了显著的成就。但是，空间的城镇化并没 有产生人口的城市化。反而出现了数量庞大的失地农民，农民失地后的就业问题 需迫切解决。 本文主要是在城镇化发展的大背景下研究失地农民的就业问题。通过调查蒙 阴县失地农民的就业现状，发现失地农民普遍受教育程度较低、缺乏专业技能和 就业信息渠道，只有小部分农民在失地后重新就业；针对当前失地农民就业的主 要类型，分析影响失地农民再就业的相关因素，重点运用 logistic 回归模型研 究各影响因素对失地农民选择具体就业类型的影响，得出各影响因素的影响程 度；个人因素、劳动力市场因素是影响失地农民就业的直接因素；制度因素、社 会因素是影响失地农民就业的间接因素；针对制约失地农民就业的各影响因素， 给予我们解决失地农民再就业的启示，应从提高失地农民整体素质、健全社会保 障、科学合理的城镇化战略方面入手。 关键词：失地农民；就业；城镇化 I Abstract Since the beginning of the reform and opening in 1978，the urban space has expanded to two to three times as before, and the urbanization rate has increased to reach 52.6 percent, achieving a significant achievement in urbanization process. However, the expansion of the urban space brought not much increase of citizen but a lot of peasants losing the farmland without job, which should be solved in great need. This paper researches the problem of the employment of the peasants losing land in the process of urbanization. Through the study of the present employment of the peasants losing land, we found that because the peasants are poorly educated and low-skilled in general, they can’t find jobs without enough information.We will discuss the type of the peasants losing land and try to figure out the factors influencing the employment of them. The Logistic regression model will be used to study the influence of each factor on the type of the employment, and find out the degree of the impact. We argue that the personal and labor market factors are the direct factor, and their stitutional and social factors are the indirect factors. Based on the factors above, we briefly recommend that we should improve the peasants’quality, the social security system and formulated a scientific and reasonable strategic to solve this problem.
